Salute to Adam "MCA" Yauch of the Beastie Boys. As part of the musical trio, MCA helped push the boundaries of rap. Hip hop has always been about self expression and believing in yourself even when no one else does, which pretty much summarizes what it took for 3 Jewish kids to become part of hip hop history.

Pretty cool thing though, some unreleased footage of the Beastie Boyson the Chappelle Show has just surfaced. The performannce was shot 8 years ago in New York and features the trio doing what they do best.

Among the tributes and messages pouring in for Beastie Boys' Adam "MCA" Yauch, who tragically passed away on Friday aged 47 following a three year battle with cancer, Neal Brennan, co-creator of Chappelle's Show, tweeted out this goodie. The clip is of an unreleased performance of the Beasties' Licensed to Ill cut, "The New Style", with Dave Chappelle in 2004. The footage was originally recorded for the cancelled third season of his comedy sketch show.(Soul Culture)

In honor of Yauch's legacy with the Beastie Boys, we'd like to ask: What is your favorite hip hop group of all time?
