The Score is regarded as one of the greatest rap album's of the 90s, possibly of all time, and while there are still legions of people that'd love to see Clef, Pras and L-Boogie reconnect to drop another LP, most fans have accepted the fact that it will likely never happen.

Funny how times changes things. Just when thoughts of The Fugees linking back up were dead and gone, a recent interview with Refugee All Star John Forte has kicked up more discussion about the iconic trio.

"I'm going to make an analogy, and I don't know if most listeners are in tune with it, but last night, I was listening to Bob Dylan and I listened to one of his older songs from that era and I was listening to one of his new albums. There are certain periods - like you said, lightning in a bottle - where we hear Sam Cooke singing, 'A Change is Gonna Come,' when it comes out during the time that it was needed to come out. You can get the best R&B artist or vocalist today to cover that song, and while it might be a great cover, it might not have the same poignancy and relevance to whatever the current paradigm is. Who knows? I'm not saying that a reunion will or will not happen. That's probably above my pay grade. But what happened during that time was supposed to happen for that time."(HipHopDX)

Last year, Wyclef said that even though he didn't see a full Fugees album coming anytime soon, he could imagine the group putting out a new track together.

And he's not ruling out if the hip-hop supergroup will ever reunite again, "There's an energy and a buzz about the Fugees that everyone likes," he added. "I think that it would be exciting to see that happen again. I don't know if it would be another album -- but maybe a song!"(USMagazine)

SOHH Watcha Think: Would a Fugee reunion be a good thing, or has too much time passed for them to recapture their past glory as a musical group?
