Hate to hear a recently freed person getting back into trouble, but it looks like YMCMB rapper Mystikal has found himself on the wrong side of the law yet again.

The Louisana spitter got out in 2010, but he's headed back behind bars in less than a month.

BATON ROUGE, La. -- Rapper Mystikal will be going back behind bars for three months because of a probation violation. Mystikal, whose real name is Michael Tyler, was released from a Louisiana prison in 2010 after serving six years for sexual battery and extortion. He'll be returning to jail May 14.(Washington Post)

This time around, probation violation is the offense and he's set to serve several months in jail. SOHH Watcha Think?

On Monday, state District Judge Tony Marabella added the extra time as a condition of the 41-year-old Tyler's five-year probation in the extortion case because he was arrested in February on a misdemeanor charge of domestic abuse battery. Prosecutor Sue Bernie told The Advocate Tyler violated his probation, which called for him to remain arrest- and conviction-free. Tyler's attorney says Marabella ordered Tyler to spend another 90 days in jail but is giving him credit for the nine days he was detained after his arrest.(Washington Post)

The hologram talk just won't quit. Afeni Shakur let her thoughts be known on the Virtua-Pac, saying she was thrilled to see her son rock the stage once again.

Tupac's mother thinks the hologram of her late son performing with Snoop Dogg on the final night of the first weekend of Coachella was just as amazing and mind blowing as everyone else thinks it was. A rep for Afeni Shakur told TMZ that she was "thrilled with Tupac's virtual performance,"according to the site. While Afeni Shakur did not attend the live show, she did watch it live via the internet, reports TMZ. Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg headlined the last night of Coachella together. The pair brought several guest stars on stage, where they were joined by the Tupac hologram. (CBS News)
