In other news, Good Friday will now be G.O.O.D. Friday as Kanye West and the rest of his music team give rap listeners a dose of their upcoming compilation album. The crew plans to release the first single, "Mercy," tomorrow.

It's not Friday yet but the G.O.O.D. Music family are making preparations for a strong debut with the lead single off their upcoming album. West and his G.O.O.D. Music rap compadres unveiled the artwork to the single "Mercy" that's reminiscent of the visuals from their highly touted G.O.O.D. Friday series. While the physical music for "Mercy" didn't accompany the artwork, group member Pusha-T confirmed the track would surface this coming Friday.(MTV News)

If "Mercy" wasn't enough, Kanye has the streets talking with the release of his controversial new song, "Theraflu."

After reporting that Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music crew would drop their "Mercy" single on Friday (April 6), Funkmaster Flex has gone ahead and premiered a different track from the project. It's called "Theraflu" and features Kanye rapping over a synthy Hit-Boy beat alongside DJ Khaled. Compared to the grandiose statements we're used to from Kanye, this is definitely a more standard rap track. Yeezy calls himself "Swag King Cole" and then gets into brag mode. The song also features the following Amber Rose/Kim Kardashian-referencing lines that will surely hit every trashy celeb blog tomorrow: "The whole industry wanna f*ck your old chick / The only n*gga I got respect for is Wiz / And I'll admit I fell in love with Kim / Right around the same time she fell in love with him." (Exclaim)

SOHH Watcha think, is "Theraflu" and "Mercy" just the beginning of GOOD Music's takeover? If you haven't heard the "Theraflu" yet, check it out here:
