Underrated: "They Wrote For Rihanna & All Of The Different Artists, They Just Haven't Been Able To Get That Love"

[Each week, SOHH asks two entertainment personalities to name who they feel is the most underrated emcee in hip-hop. After RepJa clothing co-founder Prince Graham (left) gave Kardinal Offishall the title earlier this week, his partner Omar Thomas (right) crowns Rock City SOHH Underrated.]
A group that I would say are SOHH Underrated are Rock City. Rock City are dope. When I say dope, everybody knows their accomplishments behind the scenes. They wrote for Rihanna and all of the different artists out there right now but for them as artists, they just haven't been able to get that love, officially, that they need and want.
They write crazy lyrics for just about everybody and with them coming out through Akon, they didn't really get a chance and weren't able to get that love and the push. So they split ways. As lyricists? They're dope. As artists? They're crazy. They just haven't really gotten that official buzz yet.
I know they recently put out a mixtape that's dope called The American Dream where they changed their name to Planet VI which is the same group but I'm going to say Rock City for SOHH Underrated.
There are others like Kardinal Offishall and the boy Kid Daytona is dope too. He is starting to get some burn and to me he's ill.
