Violence at music events seems to be at an all-time high. Nipsey Hussle, Young Buck and even singer A$AP Rocky have all made headlines recently after their shows have been linked to violence. Add Tyga to that list. Yeah. You read that right.
According to reports, Tyga's crew exchanged words with some people in the crowd and things got ugly from there.
OMAHA, Neb. -- Police in Omaha, Neb., are investigating a shooting that followed a rowdy concert by rapper Tyga (TY'-guh). Authorities say heated words were exchanged between members of Tyga's act and some audience members Monday night at Sokol Auditorium, south of downtown. Some garbage was thrown up on the stage.(Washington Post)
Once the Young Money rapper got onto his bus, the guns came out and bullets flew out of a car following Tyga and company.
Police say shots were fired from a car as band members boarded their tour bus. More shots were fired from the car as it followed the bus and its trailer for a few blocks. Two people (out of nine, including two children) on the bus suffered minor wounds. KETV reports that both victims are expected to be OK.(USA Today)
According to reports, Tyga's tour bus entourage included 7 adults and two children. I'm just guessing, but are these the two children mentioned in the story?
N*ggas bustin' shots at Tyga. That's weird. Almost as weird as Katie Perry doing a live cover of "
N*ggas Good Friends in Paris."
In other news ... Jay-Z and Bey have stepped outside the house, so you know what that means -- they must be about to do something epic. Well, you'd be right: The pair were recently photo'd in NYC as Mrs. Carter attended a fundraising dinner hosted by the hottest chick in the political game, Michelle Obama.
Hip-Hop's royal couple was spotted out without their little princess Monday night leaving Nobu. But of course new Mommy BeyBey paid tribute with blue nails and a blue dress. The couple wasn't alone. They were joined by Jay-Z's mom Gloria and Bey's sister Solange and mom Tina Knowles. Bey was also spotted arriving for Michelle Obama's fundraising dinner at the Greenwich earlier in the evening, along with Robert Deniro, his wife Grace Hightower and Hollywood honcho Harvey Weinstein and his designer wife Georgina Chapman. Would you vote for Jay-Z if he ran for president?
Before you roll out, check out Tyga's new video featuring Lil' Wayne, titled "Faded."
