Everyone has that uncle that's supposed to be getting out of jail soon. Problem is, he's been "supposed to be getting out soon" for like the past 10 years. That's what Tyga's album, Careless World, reminded me was: That bad uncle that was never gonna get released.

I'm proud of Tyga. He pushed and pushed [pause], kept dropping mixtapes, kept trying out new singles and finally [I'm assuming] won a Superbowl bet against Birdman that earned him the right to drop his album. Welp. Today's the day.

ABOVE: Birdman vows to never bet on the Patriots again. Ever.

SOHH Watcha Think: Rack City is one of the hottest club joints out there right now and aside from his Young Money pals, Tyga's new LP has features from Nas, J. Cole, Wale and a slew of others. Is the hood checkin' for Tyga's album?

In other news ... Luda's returning to the big screen with a film called Parkin' Lot Pimpin'. According to reports, the film is about a heartbroken dude who decides to go for a night on the town after being dumped by his girl. Hmmm ... now where have I heard this concept before?

Rapper/actor Ludacris has reportedly been tapped to star in an upcoming film called Parking Lot Pimpin'. The movie reportedly centers around two friends who take a late night joyride after one of them (Luda's character) breaks up with his girlfriend. No other participants' names have currently been revealed to the media regarding the film. Filming is expected to begin in April. Ludacris has appeared in two of the popular Fast & the Furious films, Hustle and Flow and the Oscar-winning film Crash and on several television shows. (Hip Hop Blog)

Sounds like a Drake song to me, but Luda's a funny guy so this might actually be good. I'll be checkin' for it.

In case you missed it, Chris Breezy and Rihanna have a song together, here's the remix to "Birthday Cake."
