Grammy-winning rap duo Jay-Z and Kanye West lived up to the hype amid reports claiming their "N*ggas in Paris" music video would premiere this week with an explosive visual to the Watch the Throne anthem.

Released at noon, their new music video features clips of past live performances.

Watching double the amount of talent put on a mind-blowing show in the new music video for their hit "N----s in Paris," released on Vevo.com Thursday. The four-minute clip, directed by West himself, is taken from a run of live shows at Los Angeles' Staples Center, giving fans who couldn't score tickets to the sold-out tour the chance to experience what it was like -- if they had been on psychedelic drugs at the time. Appropriately, the video opens with a warning that its special effects could lead to epileptic seizures. And rightfully so, as the two rap icons -- not to mention dancing models, lasers, Paris' Cathedral of Notre Dame and a puma stalking across the stage -- merge and are pulled apart in a kaleidoscope of quick cuts. Blink and you'll miss a one-second cameo from producer Hit Boy. (New York Daily News)

Special emphasis has been placed on the music video's vocal sound.

The real gem of the live remix comes from Hov and Yeezy's vocal performances. Jay's verses now sound more hyped up and energetic; there is a grit in his voice that we just don't get from his studio recordings. The ad libs and interaction between the two MCs is key as well. As Jay raps, "I ball so hard mother----ers wanna fine me," 'Ye backs him up, shouting, "Haaa!" after each line to hype the experience up. Hova returns the favor when Yeezy spits his 16 by riffing, "Go, go, go, go!" repeatedly. (MTV)

Speculation on the music video's existence and eventual premiere hit the Internet earlier this week.

Jay-Z and Kanye West have revealed when a music video for their latest joint single "N*ggas in Paris" is going to come out for fans' viewing pleasure. The two rappers have planned to premiere the clip in full this coming Thursday, February 9, on VEVO. Accordingly, the upcoming video is going to include footage from their tour stop at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. During the gig which was held last December, the two heavyweight rappers performed the song onstage 10 times in a row. (Ace Showbiz)

Hollywood actor Jon Heder recently reacted to Yeezy sampling his voice off 2007's Blades of Glory movie for the hit record.

"I actually heard about it after the fact," Heder revealed in an interview. "Then I called up my manager like 'What's going on here? Is there some kind of compensation happening?' It was like 'Whatever, the glory of the song is your compensation Jon. Listen to it.' I was like, 'All right.' I am like one of those in Paris. [I'm a part of history?] Yeah, I guess, we have to give it probably a few more years to see its history. ... I'm not quite sure what the connection is but I feel very but I feel very honored. It's a compliment right?" (FUSE)
