Young Vito, the man accused of killing fellow rapper Slim Dunkin, got some hard news during a recent court appearance.

Vito's bond has been denied, as the 28-year-old rapper faces murder and gun charges.

A man accused of killing Atlanta rapper Slim Dunkin was denied bond Tuesday in a Fulton County Court. Vinson Hardimon, 28, also known as Young Vito, was returned to the Fulton County Jail on murder and gun possession charges Tuesday following probable cause and bond hearings. "I put up the testimony of two witnesses," Atlanta police homicide Detective David Quinn told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, referring to his contribution in court. According to reports, it didn't take authorities long to figure out Vito was possibly their man -- the rapper reportedly left behind witnesses, his laptop and ... get this: His name scribbled on a dry-erase board.

Quinn also pointed to other factors that allegedly put Hardimon at the scene of the crime. "His laptop was left behind with his name on it," Quinn said. "And his name was on the dry-erase board as next up to rap." The slaying happened at a video shoot in a Memorial Drive studio the evening of Dec. 16. Witnesses told investigators that Dunkin, whose real name was Mario Hamilton, was shot in the chest during a fight that apparently started over a piece of candy, police said. Guess who's got some music out? Nicki Minaj's bodyguard/main man, Safaree aka Scaff Beezy. He tweeted about making big money deals with Birdman and has recently dropped a song, titled "Count it Up."

It looks like Nicki Minaj's boyfriend/hypeman/bodyguard/? Scaff Beezy has decided to try and carve out a career of his own with a his new track 'Count It Up.' Although he adds the disclaimer he's "not a rapper," Scaff drops some boastful verses about his infamous diamond-encrusted diamond tester, chains and whips - most of which is rumored to be paid for by Nicki. Yesterday Scaff tweeted a picture of himself with Cash Money boss Birdman in what he described as a 'billion dolla meeting'. Are Young Money about to add another name to the roster? (TaleTela)

Barack Obama does not approve this Tweet.

Why is Nicki Minaj's boo/bodyguard droppin' music? F*ck rap. Toward the end of the song, he admits he's not even a rapper. Why is Hip Hop the only industry where people take pride in announcing they aren't rappers, then proceed to put out music? The game is over saturated as is. That's like saying, "I'm not an accountant," then tellin' niggas to let me handle their W-2's. If I was Scaff Beezy, I'd be happy sleepin' next to Nicki and blowin' money fast. I read the tweet, heard his track, but for some reason I still can't believe that.

OK. OK. I belee it. But only because Birdman co-signs.

Check out Safaree aka Scaff Beezy's track, "Count it Up" and tell us what you think, if you're not a chef, should you stay out the kitchen?
