Underrated: "I Think He's Gonna Go Down In History As A Great Artist"

I really like Roscoe Dash. He brings a new sound, man. I think he's underrated because he doesn't rap like straightforward rapping. He uses melodies, and he kinda mixes the singing in. I think he doesn't get his proper due because of his style. Don't get me wrong -- I see him on big hooks. I respect him as a writer and his creativity is crazy.
I enjoy all the records he's on. My favorite record out right now is the Big Sean joint "Marvin Gaye and Chardonnay" and he's on that hook, man. I don't know, I just don't feel like he gets his proper respect. People don't mention him, unless I'm just livin' under a rock.
Roscoe Dash has been on some big records, man. So I think he's underrated.
I think he's gonna go down in history as a great artist, as one of the ones that give you that timeless, feel good music ... like a Nate Dogg. He's great on the hooks and he's great on the verses, too.
West Coast artist Hot Rod, formerly
of G-Unit, has now signed with 50 Cent's G-Note label. Looking to return
with a fresh, new sound, Hot Rod is currently working on a new project.
