Bad Boy Records CEO Diddy fans can erase any sense of worry upon seeing the rap mogul rocking an arm sling lately as his representative confirms he recently underwent shoulder surgery.

According to a rep, the surgery was minimal and in relation to fixing a past injury.

Sean "Diddy" Combs looks like he may be hurting. Uh-oh! Is it serious? We did some digging to find out..."Diddy had minor surgery on his shoulder to fix an old injury," Combs' rep tells us. Glad to hear it's nothing too serious! (E! Online)

Puff Daddy was spotted with an arm sling while attending a Miami, Florida event.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs has undergone surgery on his shoulder to treat an "old injury." The rapper was sported with his arm in a sling at an event in Miami, Florida this week, and a representative for the star has confirmed he recently underwent an operation to fix a recurrent problem. In October 2008, Puff was also seen showing off a shoulder injury.

After images have appeared all over the net of him in an arm sling, Diddy has come clean about was behind his mysterious injury along with some behind-the-scenes commentary on his newFrank Sinatra-themed CIROC vodka commercial. According to People, the Bad Boy president received surgery last week for his right rotator cuff - the group of muscles and tendons that work together to stabilize your shoulder - hence the new fashion statement. Outside of health concerns, Diddy reportedly recently signed New York rapper French Montana.

I've heard from a few sources that Diddy has managed to sign French Montana to Bad Boy records. I was skeptical at first but that was followed by Diddy being on the, "Shot Caller," remix. I also heard it may be a joint venture with Bad Boy Records and MMG. Would this be a good move for French? (Real Talk NY)
