R&B singer Chris Brown is set to prove he is more than your average crooner by revealing plans to direct an upcoming Wale and Big Sean music video.

While keeping details to a minimum, Chris Breezy revealed he would be behind the camera lens for the rap duo's "Slight Work" music video.

"I'm directing @Wale and @BigSean slight work video this week! Gonna be a Movie! F*ck wit me!!," he tweeted December 13th. (Chris Brown's Twitter)

The visual will mark Wale's latest music video since "Lotus Flower Bomb."

Wale dropped his sophomore album Ambition in November, and now the Maybach Music rapper is gearing up to roll out the accompanying videos to his popular singles. "Lotus Flower Bomb" featuring Miguel debuted last month and the Big Sean-featured, Diplo-produced "Slight Work" is up next on the list. (RapFix)

This month, Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz revealed Dipset's Jim Jones, much like Brown, also clocks in work as a director.

"Well, just like when I was playing ball, I used to play ball every day; now that I rap, I do this every day. This is my job. I'm always in the studio. If I can't get to the studio, then I'm doing interviews. Like, for instance, after some interviews last night, I did a photo shoot with Kay Slay for his magazine. Then I went back to my suite at the W to link with Jadakiss so we can shoot a video for "One Day At A Time." Not only did I invite him over, I got Jim Jones to shoot and direct the video. A lot of people don't know he directed a lot of Dip Set videos, so I just wanted to acknowledge him for that skill. Plus I just like to push the envelope. It's what I do." (Village Voice)

Earlier in the fall, West Coast rapper Kreayshawn said she also takes music video directing serious.

"No, but I'm gonna call up Curren$y," Kreay said when asked if Snoop Dogg told her the hot spots to hang out in New Orleans for this past weekend's Voodoo Experience Fest. "He'll tell me what to do. We've been trying to link up, because he wants me to shoot a video for him. He keeps telling me "Come out to New Orleans!" So maybe we'll do a crazy Voodoo Fest video. I've always loved the music coming out of the south - the old-school Mannie Fresh beats and the Hot Boys." (NOLA News)
