[SOHH highlights a hot single each week and offers a unique look at the record. After Watch the Throne contributor Ken Lewis decodes the new Rick Ross "I Love My B*tches" record, Juvenile explains the true definition of "Power".]

The track was produced by Mannie Fresh, it's one of his uptempo songs, you know?

Rick Ross came through and really blessed me and dropped one hell of a verse on there. The song is just me doing what I do. There's a little bit of that old feel, but it's more like the new Juvie.

The song is a monster, man. I really want the people to be the judge of it though, I'm not one of them cats to brag about a song and how good it is then it comes out and doesn't do anything. But I think this is a track that's gonna make a whole lotta noise, man.

The song's about having power. There ain't too many people in the country that have real power. And I ain't necessarily talkin' about money, although money is power: Only a few people have the power to make things happen.

You go into the studio and try to be creative. You try to make songs that are not only personal to you, but are songs the people around you can relate to. So where I am in life [decides] the kinds of songs that I make. It just so happens, there's always something different going on in my life that keeps my music different. Singles that I make are always gonna be different that the last one.
