SOHH Whatcha Think: Rick Ross/Drake Mixtape Coming: Is The Hood Checkin' For Emo Boss Music?

Mixtapes help keep artists relevant in between albums, back in the day they were used to build a buzz, but clearly times have changed. Recently, Maybach Music boss Rick Ross announced that he would be teaming up with Drake for a mixtape. But is the hood really checkin' for an entire project that pairs Drizzy with Rozay?
So Far Gone was the launching paid Drizzy used to take his career to the next level, and while some feel his official albums lack the power of his street projects, the fact that Take Care is projected to push out about 700,000 copies in its first week shows that there's still a lane for his unique brand of mood music.
Here's what Rozay had to say about his collabo venture with Drizzy:
"You know, it's official, the music is most definitely official," he said. "But you know, me being a boss, I'm trying to find a way that we could put that on the shelves for the world, baby. But it's most definitely official."(Hip Hop DX)
Why is this happening? Does Drake need protection from Ludacris? Just for fun, I think Rick Ross should do all the singing and Drake should do all the rapping, because an entire mixtape of these two doing there thing may get old quick.
