Incarcerated rapper Max B has reportedly taken offense to Slaughterhouse's Joe Budden referencing him in last week's BET Hip-Hop Awards cypher and taken to Twitter to lash out.

Max used the social networking outlet to address Budden's freestyle.

"JOE BUDDEN REALLY.........WAVE GANG GET HIM......," Max tweeted October 14th.

In his freestyle, Budden referenced the crime Max is currently serving a 75 year sentence for.

When incarcerated Harlem rapper Max B learned about Joe Budden's freestyle lyrics during last week's BET Hip Hop Music Awards, he had a few things to say to Budden. The lines under fire were spoken during the "Shady 2.0 Cypher," which also featured other Shady Records artists like Yelawolf and Slaughterhouse. "She's so bad I make her hit the telly from a taxi and dead her in that Holiday Inn, learned that from Max-B," Budden rapped. Max B then took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the mention. (BET)

Prior to getting convicted, Max went to trial over the fatal Holiday Inn robbery.

Gina Conway and two others were charged with murder after a botched robbery at the Holiday Inn on Route 4 ended in the shooting death of one of the victims in September 2006. Conway met David Taylor and Allan "Jay" Plowden and told her boyfriend that the two men drove flashy cars and carried a lot of cash. The boyfriend, Charly "Max B" Wingate then recruited an associate to rob Taylor and Plowden, prosecutors said. (North Jersey News)

As things now stand, Max is serving his time for the 2006 murder conviction.

The ex-girlfriend of rap artist Max B has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for her role in a deadly robbery at a northern New Jersey hotel. Gina Conway was sentenced, one day after Max B, whose real name is Charly Wingate , was ordered to serve 75 years and his stepbrother, Kelvin Leerdam, received a life term plus 35 years for their roles in the September 2006 robbery in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Prosecutors said they and Conway, who took a plea deal and testified against the pair, plotted to rob two men she had recently met. (The Associated Press)
