Top 5 Dead Or Alive: "I Have To Name Lil Wayne Because He Puts Out More Music Than Anybody"

Each week, SOHH asks two entertainment personalities to name their Top 5 rappers of all-time. To make things tricky, we've created a "Hall of Fame" of emcees (see right) who are universally respected and therefore may not be mentioned. After Young Money's Gudda Gudda unveiled his top picks last week, "Breakfast Club" morning show host Angela Yee reveals her five faves.
T.I. I would put T.I. in my Top 5. I live his aggression and I feel like he's been holding back ever since he's had all of his legal problems so I think that's affected his music a lot. But I think consistently, he's come out with albums that are at least more than half of the album is what I like.
Wu-Tang Clan. You know I have to name Wu-Tang because I grew up on them. Wu-Tang are one of my favorite groups of all time. That's my favorite group. I'm a huge fan of GZA. I like the whole group combined. Some of them are more lyrical and there are some of them that are more into painting a story and then you have some that are just talking about being in the streets. I like how they all come together. I'm just a huge Wu-Tang fan. I can go to Wu-Tang shows to this day and throw up my W. Just riding home one time from a long trip and listening to a Wu-Tang marathon in the car just reminded me of how incredible they are.
Bun B. I feel like he's still relevant after all these years. He's a legend and currently working with all up and comers.
Lil Wayne. I have to name Lil Wayne because he puts out more music than anybody. There may be songs of his that I can't stand but then there may also be songs of his that I absolutely love. So I guess the good outweighs the bad.
A Tribe Called Quest. With A Tribe Called Quest, I could listen to all of their albums non-stop and like I've said, I do believe in consistency and [I have great memories of their music]. I think all of their music is good enough that you could still play it now. It still sounds current. I woudl say A Tribe Called Quest is timeless music.
