Young Money's Drake is once again in the hot seat after his new "Dreams Money Can Buy" record premiered online Friday (May 20) and made fans wonder if a subliminal Jay-Z jab is embedded on the track.

Despite working with Jay-Z on multiple collaborations in the past, Drizzy still felt the need to remind fans of his respect toward the rap mogul.

"Hov diss? Hov of all people has not lost it...that's god body flow.," Drake tweeted May 20th.
"Just let that sh*t breathe...we're just getting started www.octobersveryown.net" (Drake's Twitter)

On the record, presumably from his upcoming Take Care sophomore album, Drizzy admits his personal top favorite emcees are losing their touch.

"My favorite rappers either lost it or they ain't alive," he raps in the second verse of the song, rumored to be the intro to his new album, Take Care. Fans quickly began assuming Drizzy was taking a jab at his "Light Up" collaboration partner Jay-Z, whom he's regarded as a mentor and one of his favorite rappers. (Neon Limelight)

Last weekend, reports landed online suggesting Drake also took a shot at Hov and Kanye West's upcoming Watch the Throne joint LP with his "I'm On One" record.

On the record "I'm On One" featuring Drake, Lil Wayne and Rick Ross, Drizzy had listeners hitting the playback after his verse when he referenced a familiar album backed by two powerhouse rappers. "Hate the rumors hate the bulls--t hate these f---in allegations/im just feelin like the throne is for the taking. Watch me take it." Could the "throne" that Drake is referring to be the same throne that Jay-Z and Kanye West are currently warning competitors about on their upcoming album Watch The Throne? While Drake has neither confirmed or denied the speculation, he did playfully poke fun at the LP earlier this year.

"I'll be on [Lil Wayne's Tha Carter IV] -- we've done a great song...We're going to do another one... and another one. We still got to do that [collaboration] album. I heard two other guys are coming out with an album together, too. There's two other rappers [that] are coming out with an album together. I don't know where they got that idea but -- I caught wind of it through the grapevine that there's some other album with two guys rapping on it. [laughs]" ("Tim Westwood TV")
