News: 50 Cent, Havoc, Cool & Dre Welcome Home Prodigy, "Time To Bring That Mobb Deep Music Back!"

In light of Mobb Deep's Prodigy returning home today from a three-year jail stint, 50 Cent, Havoc plus Cool & Dre have publicly welcomed Capital P back.

Showing off a photo of the newly freed rapper, Fif acknowledged his former G-Unit artist's return.

"my man Prodigy is free! check out his first pic #WelcomeBackP @PRODIGYMOBBDEEP," 50 tweeted Monday (March 7). (50 Cent's Twitter)

Havoc also confirmed his fellow Mobb Deep brother's release.

"Prodigy is released!!!!," he tweeted Monday.

Miami-based duo Cool & Dre expressed their excitement over P's release.

"Contests to Prodigy of Mobb Deep on completing his 3 year sentence. "shook one's" one of my fav joints to this day"

P's release from a three-year weapons conviction sentence became public record Monday morning.

According to the NYS Department of Correctional Services, prisoner 08A1481 better known as Prodigy, was released from Mid-State Correctional Facility this morning after serving a three year sentence on weapons charges. Welcome back, dun." (Rap Radar)
