Brooklyn rapper Fabolous is reportedly being sued for injuring an Atlanta restaurant employee with a glass bottle.

Details on the case landed on the Internet early Tuesday (February 2).

Rapper Fabolous is accused of assaulting a restaurant bus boy with a glass bottle and a fist during a visit to Atlanta, according to a lawsuit filed Monday in Fulton County Superior Court. The 31-year-old Fabolous, whose real name is John Jackson, is accused of attacking Octavious Butler at Fox Sports Grill, according to the lawsuit. Jackson and an unknown person attacked Butler without being provoked, the suit contends. Butler was allegedly hit in the head with a glass bottle and struck with a closed fist while working at the restaurant. (Atlanta Journal-Constitution)

No stranger to rumors, Fabolous was previously accused of having associates attack Internet personality Kat Stacks last spring.

"yes its true @myfabolouslife sent people today to smack me up at the bar & they stole my phone & recorded it. i dare yall to blast it," Stacks tweeted May 28th.
"got my a** wooped? it was 2 n*ggas yelling @myfabolouslife & @bowwow name ... im a female u got 2 n*ggas to hit me LOL lame." (Kat Stacks' Twitter)

Fab lated hopped on Twitter and denied the accusations.

"It's sad y'all believe anything y'all hear & see on the internet.. Especially from someone as credible as Kat Stacks *Smh*"
"Why would I SEND a DUDE to smack a GIRL?? But I know who sent someone to smack her... KARMA!! #RealSh*t." (Fabolous' Twitter)

Outside of legal woes, Fab is reportedly considering hitting the studio with R&B singer Ne-Yo for a collaboration album.

"I think this year too I might be doing this project with Ne-Yo finally," he told XXL. "We've been in talks for a minute. It's really sounding like it's gonna get done. Ne-Yo is really hyped about it. I just fell back on it, but now I see the wheels are turning a little bit. I think we need that for the game. Some of the allure from the game is gone. You see people doing less numbers, so now let's do some vanity projects where people are collaborating together." (XXL Mag)

No further details on the lawsuit have been revealed as of now.
