Wu-Tang Clan's Raekwon has expressed his feelings toward R&B singer and Only Built 4 Cuban Linx 2 feature Lyfe Jennings being sentenced to almost four years behind bars.

Details on the breaking news hit the Internet yesterday.
Today, the R&B singer was sentenced to three and a half years behind bars in an Atlanta court for a 2008 indictment stemming from a confrontation with his ex-girlfriend and mother of his children that resulted in charges of DUI test refusal, criminal trespassing, discharging a weapon near a street, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and fleeing or attempting to elude a police offer. Jennings also left a Twitter message to fans confirming his situation.
"This will be my last post" Jennings wrote yesterday on his Twitter. "To everyone who gave me a chance I am forever in your debt. I have had a fabulous career because of you. All I can say in parting is that I have been honest with [ya\'ll]. I didn't sugarcoat a word didn't hold back a single [syllable] of my life from [ya\'ll]. I've lived a hundred lives in these 6 yrs so I not only won't,I don't have the right to complain. I would like to think that I've changed lives by changing my own, tho[ugh] I can't be sure. But one thing I am sure of is God gives and takes away in measure. He is fair, just and forever. Amen from a man... Smile, its contageous:)" (Singersroom)
Known for collaborating on their OB4CL2 record "Catalina," Raekwon previously spoke on the track's overall success.
"'Catalina' was a vicious record, and we always knew that was going to be a hit," he explained in an interview. "I remember when I actually sat in the studio with Dr. Dre and he first played it for me. I looked at his face and I could tell that he really loved the beat. I loved it because it's my kind of beat. It was still hip hop, but it had savoir faire to it...At first we didn't have the hook. Believe it or not, the first hook had Busta Rhymes. Busta's the one that put me and Dre together. The first hook had a little reference from Busta Rhymes. He was singing and having fun. I liked his hook too, but we decided to change it because we don't want people to start thinking Busta's a singer. He's not that kind of artist, plus he was having fun. It wasn't nothing that he was banking on doing. We knew that record was going to the top." (Artist Direct)
