Last July, Gucci opened up about his feelings on the record.

"I feel good about this new project," he said in an interview. "I think this one's going to be bigger because the last album, I put a lot into it, I put my heart into it, and this one right here, I think it's a good representation of where I'm at now musically, mentally. It's just where I'm at. I've grown a lot, and I think I expressed it really good musically and I just want everybody to hear it and see what everybody think about it." (The Boom Box)

Last month, Gucci released the cover art for his new LP.

Gucci Mane's highly-anticipated third album, The Appeal: Georgia's Most Wanted, hits stores next month and in preparation for its release, the glittering chain-wearing rapper calls on famed photographer Jonathan Mannion to shoot the effort's cover. Live and direct from Atlanta, the Gooch--dressed in a myriad of looks including an all-black-everything ensemble and purple suspenders--stands against a police line-up board. (Rap-Up)

His previous release debuted on the sales chart last December.

Incarcerated rapper Gucci Mane's State Vs. Radric Davis also landed onto the charts securing a spot at No. 10. The Southern emcee's latest effort rests at 90,000 after a week on store shelves. (Sales Wrap)

Gucci Mane's The Appeal hits stores Tuesday, September 28th.
