New York rapper Foxy Brown has spoken out to fans amid a recent string negative press, including an arrest last month and alleged fight with her manager.
Writing on Twitter, the "Don Diva" admitted to dealing with pressure and placing her attention on a new solo album.
"The Devil's at his busiest when ur bout' to get busy!," she wrote Sunday (August 1).

At a New York City concert last week, Foxy announced plans to drop Black Roses sometime in 2010.
Before the sound cut off, AZ spit his verse from Nas's classic 'Life's a B*tch,' leaving the stage to allow Fox to address the crowd one last time. The femcee, while assuring the audience that her new album, 'Black Roses,' is slated for release later this year, left the stage to the tune of Jimi Hendrix's 'Foxy Lady' - and that she was. In just the past couple weeks, Brown has made headlines for an arrest and alleged fight with her m anager.
New York's Daily News reported that the incident occurred after Brown was six hours late for an interview in which she was to discuss last week's arrest. The rapper reportedly became combative after building staffers asked her to be quiet, and then became combative with her manager and others. She reportedly fled the scene before police arrived. The paper's report was unconfirmed at press time. (MTV)
She is currently being accused of violating the terms of her probation against a Brooklyn neighbor.
Foxy's camp says she was minding her own business and "has never been more focused," but victim Arlene Raymond claims the rapper called her a "dirty b*tch" and then pulled up her skirt and mooned her while yelling "kiss my a**"! What does Foxy's lawyer have to say about that? "Foxy would never lift her dress, not in a million years." It's true, only classy ladies get charged with Class E felonies. (Gothamist)
