Bad Boy Records CEO Diddy reveals his biggest business mistake in a one-on-one sit down with Fuse TV's Toure tomorrow.

Featured as this week's special "On The Record" guest, Diddy says he used to overestimate his co-wokers.

"I think one of my biggest business mistakes was not realizing that everybody wasn't like me. Everybody didn't have the drive and determination; everybody's just not built for that. I think that some people need more time, and more nurturing...I mean artists that I've had. I've gotten older, I've become a little bit more nurturing and I've been a little more patient." Based on another episode excerpt, Puff also talks about the impact of his mother.

"My mother is why I am, who I am today. People can say what they want to say, but I just represent being sucker free, working hard and being positive. I don't hate on nobody, I'm not a negative individual. I just wake up and I go for mine and I try to work the hardest I can work. I could have gone a lot of different routes, but I decided to go the route of hard work." (Hip Hop Press)

Show host, Toure, recently talked with SOHH about his one-on-one sit down with Puff.

"I talked to Puff like five years ago and we kinda had a contentious situation so I didn't know how things were gonna go when he sat down for FUSE," Toure told SOHH. "We talked in LA and we had a really great time and had a really great rapport. One of the things he talked about that kind of surprised me and I didn't even fully understand is when he told me, this [Last Train to Paris] is probably going to be the last album that he's going to sell. And I was like, 'So what does that mean, you're going to be giving them away for free from now on?' That's a record industry model that people are talking about, giving away the albums for free and taking up on merchandise and tours. He didn't say yes to that but then he said he doesn't expect to sell his future albums, so I'm trying to figure out what he's saying. So you watch the interview and see what he's really meaning at that point and I think that's a very important and interesting issue." (SOHH)

Puff's episode is one of three featured celebrity interviews broadcast throughout July.
