West Coast rapper Game has revealed that Nicki Minaj will not be featured on his upcoming R.E.D. Album.

Game said their collaboration track for the project was leaked and forced them to hold off on working together.

"No [she's not on the album]. She was supposed to be and then we didn't make it happen fast enough and then the song got leaked though and it was a wrap. She's the most potent, new female hip-hop artist and we got one on this [West] side called Canary, she's dope and on the mixtape so be on the look-out for her...[Ashanti] can sing her a** off. Anything she sings sounds like radio material, so that's crazy." (Rap-Up)

Last December, Game said Minaj would be featured on his fourth solo project.

"Nicki Minaj made the R.E.D. album. gone be CLASSIC," Game wrote Monday (December 14) night. "RT @THEREALCAWB: @ihategame stop f*cking ignoring my tweets if you keep niki on the album im not buying and i bought all your albums you ... @THEREALCAWB well don't buy it then f*ggot !!! no dis-respect to y'all gay folks but this n*gga might be mo h*mo than y'all." Their speculated collaboration track was reportedly titled "P*ssy Fight."

Pharrell Williams isn't the only mixmaster contributing beats to "R.E.D." Cool & Dre, DJ Khalil and Dr. Dre all lend their production efforts, while Beanie Sigel, Rick Ross, Justin Timberlake and Robin Thicke make guest appearances. Songs on the album include "It Must Be Me," which finds Game bragging about the luxuries of his life over an "N.W.A. mixed with an eclectic beat"; "P*ssy Fight," featuring Lil Wayne protege Nicki Minaj ("When you hear her on it, you'll understand why she was perfect for it"); and "Lost," which "describes the relationship between my father and I and my sister in depth like I've never done before." Earlier this year, Game talked about wanting to collaborate with Lady Gaga.

"I'm trying to get [Interscope co-founder and chairman] Jimmy Iovine to throw me in the studio with Lady Gaga," he explained in an interview. "She's a rebel, and I go against the grain every day, so, if it happens, it'll be monumental for the state of music...Dre and I have always been on the same team, I've just been too wild for him at times. He's older and legendary and he's been through enough drama in his career and doesn't have to jump into my drama. So, I understood that and why he pulled back." (ABC News)

The R.E.D. Album is scheduled to drop Tuesday, June 15th.
