News: Soulja Boy Tell Em On First Headlining Tour, "I'm Really Just Trying To Conquer The Whole United States" [Video]

Teen rapper Soulja Boy Tell Em recently spoke about what he hopes to accomplish during his upcoming headlining tour.

According to Soulja Boy, he has plans to hit one overseas country during his tour.

"Right now, I got dates then I'm going overseas, like, I'm going to Brazil for like three days but that's like it," Soulja Boy explained in an interview. "But when I do the tour, I'm really just trying to conquer the whole United States because I be checking my Twitter and I be checking all my little FaceBook messages and it be like a lot of people that ain't seen me perform that really wanna see me...So I got to get every city, for the people, just cause. And then after I do that, I'm gonna branch out overseas." (Vlad TV)

The rapper recently talked about hitting the road to tour.

"I don't know what I have in store yet, it's no telling when it comes to Soulja Boy Tell em. I just know that it's my first headlining tour and it's going to be the biggest ever. We're going to do some big venues. I plan on hitting all of the major cities. I'm gonna be three albums deep in the game so I'm gonna have a lot of music to party with. I'm going to bring some great artist out on the road with me. I don't have a name for the tour yet but as soon as I do I'll let the people know." (Hip Hop DX)

In addition to touring with singer Chris Brown in the past, Soulja Boy was chosen to perform on Lil Wayne's America's Most Wanted series last summer.

The Young Money Presents: America's Most Wanted Music Festival will be the follow up to Lil Wayne's very successful "I Am Music Tour" playing a total of 47 arena dates across the US. After an opening act, Drake will perform, followed by Soulja Boy and Young Jeezy's sets with Lil Wayne closing out the show. The tour will kick off on July 27, 2009 at the Toyota Pavillion in Scranton, Pennsylvania and end on August 23, 2009 at the Superpages.com Center in Dallas, Texas. (The Urban Daily)

He recently reflected on his three-year run within the music industry.

"It's 2010, I got signed in 2007, so it's three years now, officially, my third album finna drop. Everybody who ever bought any of my music, everybody that ever bought any of my albums, appreciate it. And we about to get ready to do it again. And I'm also headlining my own tour this year, 2010."
