Former G-Unit singer Olivia has opened up about her tug-of-war with DJ Whoo Kid and explained how his jokes have often caused controversy in their circle.
According to R&B crooner, she has stopped speaking with Whoo Kid on various occasions due to his alleged accusations including her having a romance with Young Buck.
"That's Whoo Kid being a smart a** and he'll tell you 'Oh I'm just trying to put your name out there,' and I be like, okay you don't have to do it with the BS," Olivia said in an interview. "I curse him out on a daily. Like, we're good friends but I tell him to his face, 'He's an a**hole.' He knows that. I stopped talking to him numerous times because of his mouth and then he'll come back and apologize behind the scenes. Yes you are a punk because you apologize to me every time you little f*ggot and it pisses me off. But like I said, they're all still my boys and like I said, he is doing the mixtape [for me] so it's no love lost. I just gotta cuss at him because you don't do that to people you care about. The general public doesn't know it's a joke, we know it's a joke. We know it's a joke but they don't know." (Forbez DVD)
Whoo Kid caused a stir of rumors last summer when he called out the singer via Twitter.
"Maino Wants OLIVIA LOL!!!!! Where is she @ LOL," he wrote last weekend. "Whoo Kid and Maino Want to make a sex tape with Olivia can someone twit her that!!!POOOOOWWW...HOLY SH*T OLIVIA IS CALLING IN NOW -Cursing us Out LOL!!!! Did Olivia Pizzle Buck,Mase, or Banks hear her answer now on Shade45..." (DJ Whoo Kid's Twitter)
She later responded to the accusations by phoning into the deejay's radio show.
"Y'all are in so much trouble with me now," she said jokingly. "That is so it, I'm not your girlfriend anymore, Whoo Kid. I denounce it son. [laughs] I'm not messing with y'all. Y'all done had your Fourth of July parade. What's funny is that I actually was just checking my Twitter page real quick and one of the girls forwarded the message that you sent and said you was looking for me and when I seen the caption that Maino is looking for Olivia, I said 'Ah here Whoo Kid go.' ... Get the h*ll outta here about [me and Buck rumors]. Please. Y'all are the worst yo. I miss y'all retards, yo. Nah come on, get outta here. You know better than that Whoo Kid 'cause you were always with me. Don't act like we weren't in the casino and got ran up on by Buck 'cause he's mad we over there shooting dice and he's holding our phones. [Mase], that's my boy. We reached out and looked out for him." (Radio Planet TV)
The singer recently spoke on her departure from 50 Cent's G-Unit Records.
"Again, miscommunication came into play, because I felt like I was just being a hood girl. So I spoke to Fif about it and told him that I was trying to do R&B, and being marketed as a rapper was not going to work. I loved being with them, but the direction that we was going wasn't working out for me. I already knew that I was not going to stay with them for a long time anyway because them with me would become ludicrous after a while, and plus I always saw myself as a solo artist, but with them it was always 50 Cent and G-Unit. After I left, the rumors hits the radios saying that I was dropped from the label while I asked to be let go." (City Scenes Magazine)
