Grammy-nominated rapper, Skyler "Sky Blu" Gordy of electro-hop group LMFAO has admitted the he and Republican Mitt Romney had an altercation on a plane earlier this week.

According to Blu, the incident went down on President's Day (February 15).

According to a video confessional from LMFAO's Sky Blu, it all started when he leaned his seat back while the plane was still on the tarmac ... and Romney, who was sitting behind him, started yelling at him to put his seat back up. Sky Blu claims Romney then reached forward and grabbed his shoulder ... so he slapped the Presidential wannabeen's hand away. Shortly after, authorities boarded the plane and escorted Sky Blu off the flight ... and the other member of LMFAO got it all on tape. (TMZ)

Despite the rapper's claims, Romney's camp has a different perspective on the incident.

Former Massachusetts Governor Romney's spokesperson Eric Fehrnstrom claimed that Blu became "physically violent" when asked to put his seat up but never mentioned whether or not Romney put his hands on him. Fehrnstrom said: "Governor Romney did not retaliate." After hearing of the incident, the pilot returned the plane to the gate and had the passenger and his bags removed. Romney was not injured. Romney is known for speaking out against the Democrat Party.

Romney did, however, take a fighting spirit to Washington Thursday, telling a gathering at the CPAC conference that Democrats are a failure. "President Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and their team have failed the American people, and that is why their majority will soon be out the door," Romney said. He was introduced by Sen. Scott Brown, the Massachusetts Republican, whose election altered D.C.'s calculus last month. (The Daily Beast)

Blu is part of the electro-hop group, LMFAO.

LMFAO is a grammy-nominated electro-hop group from Los Angeles, California that consists of DJ/rappers Redfoo (Stefan Gordy) and Sky Blu (Skyler Gordy). Both artists are related to Berry Gordy--Redfoo is the son of the Motown Records founder and Sky Blu is his nephew. (Wikipedia)
