Grammy-winning rapper Eminem has denied reports that claim he has reunited with his daughter's mother, Kim Mathers.

Speaking through his representative, Slim Shady said the rumors held no truth.

"Contrary to false rumors spread by unreliable tabloids, Marshall and Kim Mathers are not romantically reunited in any way, nor are they expecting a child together," says Eminem's rep, Dennis Dennehy, in response to the latest Star cover. "They are a divorced couple who share custody of their daughter and maintain a friendly relationship." (Statement)

Initial reports suggested the former couple were expecting another child together.

Eminem and Kim aren't just back together; they're expecting a child together this spring! Said a source: "When he came into Kim's life again in a romantic way, she was floored. Kim's pregnancy is going smoothly." That's more than we can say about the past between this pair. But, hey, best of luck to them! (The Hollywood Gossip)

Em and Kim tied the knot at the start of his career a decade ago.

The twice-divorced duo are parents to 14-year-old Hailie Jade Scott, Eminem's frequent muse. He first married Kim in 1999. That union lasted two years, then they tried matrimony again in January 2006. They were done by that December. (E! Online)

Aside from spousal matters, Slim is expected to appear on the upcoming "We Are the World" tribute song for Haiti.

Lady Gaga, Eminem, Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake and Barbra Streisand are just a handful of the 100-plus stars scheduled to take part in a re-recording of "We Are the World" to benefit Haiti, producer RedOne told Rolling Stone yesterday at the Grammys. Other artists contributing to the new "We Are the World" -- a remake of the 1985 USA for Africa charity single that was co-written by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie -- include Celine Dion, Fergie, Wyclef, Enrique Iglesias and more musicians who attended yesterday's 52nd Annual GrammyAwards.
