Dipset leader Cam'ron has announced plans to treat fans to more music with the upcoming release of his compilation album, Cam'ron Presents: The UN Gunz N' Butta.

The project will feature Cam's New York artist, Vado.

Cam's biggest goal is to keep Harlem in the spotlight with dignity and honor. He is featured on every song on the album and heads in a different direction with this new movement. The first single off of Gunz N' Butta, "Clap," finds Cam'ron back to form and will hit urban radio shortly. (Press Release)

Releasing the project under E-1 Music, Cam and the record label president Alan Grunblatt have confirmed the partnership.

"Alan Grunblatt is a true visionary in hip hop. I am thrilled to work with him again. We gonna make history. It's all about the new movement," Cam said in a statement. E1 Music President Alan Grunblatt says, "Cam helped take E1 (KOCH) to the next level with our Diplomats deal. Cam is a true visionary and I'm thrilled to be working with him again." (Statement)

The U.N.'s debut was initially slated for release in late August 2009.

Cam'ron is also working on a compilation album with his new crew, U.N. (which includes Lady Byrd and Vado), that is set for a late-August release. There is also talk of an as-yet-untitled album being released in December and a potential film soundtrack that will be released that month as well. "I don't want to clog out everything, so I might wait till I drop my own album and see," Cam'ron says. (Reuters)

Cam recently released his Boss Of All Bosses 2 mixtape with DJ Drama.

"I seen that, the n*ggas going crazy," Drama said. "They're going crazy over that sh*t. They like they don't wanna wait another day. They've been ready but I've been on the road getting money like crazy the last couple days but you know I'm ready. I'm feeling like we can drop next week, top of the week, get it done and have everybody in a frenzy and all my Twiggas and in the streets, but really though, you can't rush perfection man! The sh*t crazy from beginning to end...You want me to take the blame baby, I'll take the blame. [laughs] Because when the sh*t comes out, they gonna be ready." (YouTube)

Earlier this month, Jim Jones hinted at a possible Dipset reunion.

"Shout-out to Juelz [Santana], Zeke and Cam," Jones said during the show's broadcast. "Dipset for life. We might have some surprises for y'all but you know I'm gonna keep my mouth shut. [laughs] But we gonna get money. The revolution, I told y'all. I'm here." ("106 & Park")

Gunz N Butta is slated to be released Tuesday, March 23, 2010.
