Grammy-winning artists Kanye West, The Neptunes, Timbaland and more have been named onto Billboard's "Top Producers of the Decade" listing.

According to a posting on Billboard Biz, other hitmakers who made the cut were The Black Eyed Peas' Will.i.am and Jermaine Dupri.

Hot 100 Producers: 1. The Neptunes 2. Timbaland 3. Kanye West 4. Scott Storch 5. Will.i.am 6. Jonathan "Lil Jon" Smith 7. Stargate 8. Bryant-Michael Cox 9. Jermaine Dupri 10. Dr. Luke (Billboard Biz)

Game recently co-signed The Neptunes' Pharrell Williams and his production skills.

"Pharrell's gonna take my career to the next level, keep me 'hood and cross me over at the same time by executive producing my album, so that's how I show my loyalty," Game explained in an interview. "Pharrell is my friend. We've created a work bond and established a friendship. Star Trak is gonna make me money in the future -- that logo, that brand, that man helping me. That's something that's gonna put milk in my refrigerator and help me feed my kids, keep them in private school, and keep them doing what they do." (Rap-Up)

West was praised for his efforts on 2004's College Dropout, which was Entertainment Weekly's top album of the decade.

The 2004 debut from West -- a revolutionarily relatable rapper who also happened to be a beatmaking genius -- was accepted into the hip-hop canon instantly, no diploma needed. For more Bests of the Decade, pick up the new issue of Entertainment Weekly, on stands Dec. 4. (Entertainment Weekly)

Following the posting, the producer described his overall shock to the album's recognition.

"WOW... THIS IS REALLY FLATTERING...," Kanye wrote. "I'VE HAD SOME UPS AND DOWNS THIS YEAR, WELL ACTUALLY THIS DECADE. JUST SEEING THIS COVER TAKES ME BACK TO THAT TIME OF MY LIFE. I REMEMBER HOW MUCH PAIN AND LOVE WENT INTO THIS ALBUM. NO ONE SAW IT COMING. THIS PROJECT WASN'T ABOUT ME, IT WAS ABOUT A TIME IN PEOPLES LIVES WHERE PEOPLE FORCE OPINIONS ON YOU AND YOU HAVE TO MAKE CHOICES FOR YOURSELF. WE LOVED 50 CENT BUT WE WANTED TO BE THE YANG. WE WANTED TO WEAR PINK POLOS AND RAP ABOUT BEING HURT INSTEAD BEING INVINCIBLE. THERE WAS A CORE GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO WORKED ON THIS ALBUM EVERYDAY.... PLAIN PAT, JOHN MONOPOLY, DON CRAWLEY, ANTHONY KILHOFFER, MANNY MARROQUIN, JOHN LEGEND, DEVON HARRIS, RYHMEFEST, GEE ROBERSON, HIP HOP, AL BRANCH, DAMON DASH, GABE TESORIERO, CRAIG BAUER, GLC, OL' SCHOOL ICE GREE, CONSEQUENCE, B NICE AND MY MOM. I WAS MOST INSPIRED BY THE MISEDUCATION OF LAURYN HILL AND I LISTENED TO THAT ALBUM EVERYDAY WHILE WORKING ON MY DEBUT. THANK YOU FOR THIS ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ALSO FOR PUTTING 'THE BLUEPRINT' ON THE LIST ALSO. I LOVED 'THE LOVE BELOW' AND 'GET RICH OR DIE TRYING' ALSO. THEY BOTH EQUALLY DESERVED THE NUMBER ONE SPOT IN MY EYES BUT THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE NUMBER ONE!!!" (Kanye West's Blog)
