Disturbin' Tha Peace's Shawnna has reportedly left Ludacris' imprint to join forces with T-Pain's label, Nappy Boy Entertainment, as announced by the auto-tune king over the weekend.

While performing at an Illinois homecoming event, Pain broke the news to a crowd of fans.

"I decided to do it and I just signed somebody else from Chicago," Pain explained. "But I ain't go nothing else to say. Let's go." Following his statement, Shawnna appeared on the stage as they both performed a quick song together. (Get In Tune Stupid)

Early reports last month suggested both Pain and Shawnna were working on a deal.

Auto-tune King T-Pain just leaked a track called 'Dope,' from his forthcoming album RevolveR, featuring Chicago rapper Shawnna. The long-overlooked female MC begins her verse by announcing that she is the newest signee to Pain's Nappy Boy imprint, rhyming "It ain't no secret that lyrically I'm the reason Nappy Boy had to put me on their team." When asked about the truth behind the rumors, Ludacris told SOHH nothing had been confirmed as of Friday (October 2).

"They're only rumors as of now," Luda promised and said the couple's collective Battle of the Sexes album was still on deck to drop in the near future. (SOHH)

Luda previously spoke on his Battle of the Sexes duet album with Shawnna.

"It's as simple as this, you got Ludacris, you got Shawnna," Luda said last March. "It's what the people have been waiting for. Battle of the Sexes album is coming this summer. We droppin' a leak single, it's called 'Everybody Drunk As F*ck,' and then after that 'My Chick Bad.' Get ready for it, it's never been done before. An album with the female and male perspective battling out every single song. Ludacris. Shawnna. Can't nobody get down like we get down." (DTP TV)
