Rick Ross has continued to taunt G-Unit by claiming that Lloyd Banks signed a record deal with digital record label Amalgam Digital and questioning Tony Yayo's luxury lifestyle.
Speaking alongside his Triple C's crew, Ross also alleged Banks was the star of a rumored gay sex tape.
"N*ggas go from double platinum, I just heard he signed a deal with Amalgam Digital," Ross jokingly said in an interview. "You know what's funny? The n*gga [50 Cent] called Koch a grave yard and I heard they walked their situation in there and that n*gga [General Manager] Alan [Grunblatt] from Koch said 'Stop, stop, stop, stop!' They refused to even listen to the music. It's sad, imagine what Tony Yayo life really like. That boy can't afford that $20 coke habit. He's finished. I bought [Banks'] Hunger For More, if the music was still that good, I'd buy it. 'I'm So Fly' -- but ever since 50 put out the gay tape, all his confidence went out the window. But that was smart Woodface, that was the biggest seller you had in the last few years, that Lloyd Banks gay tape. They say Lady Gaga and them play that on tour all the time -- so the n*ggas who's into that lifestyle, I don't knock that -- he been trying to sell that old a** [Mike] Tyson house for three years, I should buy that sh*t and knock that sh*t down..." According to Ross, the rapper benefited financially from his taunts at 50's camp earlier this year.
"I made more money, you know what I mean, after you crush such a huge donkey," Ross said referring to 50. "I'm the only one that put out a number one album and we in this business to put out records and put up numbers and generate funds and as you can see, I'm putting out another number one album while [G-Unit] hasn't put out one. So it's elementary to me and I think they learned their lesson, they know to keep going, R.I.P. Hold up, let's give a moment of silence, it's only right to bow our heads for Lloyd Banks. I pray my career don't be like Lloyd Banks'." (Real Talk NY)
Banks previously spoke on Ross and compared his own selling ability to the Miami rapper.
"You got fat, corny n*ggas like Rick Ross, it's just so easy to actually make records," Banks explained in an interview. "He's gotta ride his wave as long as he can. You know, the funny part, he's always talking about his success and sh*t that he did, he need to check my record-selling background. This the sh*t that be killing me, shut up n*gga. I got the diamond tester too, I'm gonna have it at the next awards show too...[His album signing in New York,] it was like minus two people there. That n*gga had barricades lined up like he Justin Timberlake or something. Who the f*ck is you, n*gga...That n*gga's not even half of what I am [lyrically.] That n*gga nowhere near where I'm at, man. You crazy? I'm on another planet somewhere, better get the f*ck outta here with that sh*t." (Radio Planet TV)
50 recently said Ross and Triple C's new album, Custom Cars & Cycles, would not be successful upon hitting store shelves this week.
"Triple Cs is next," Fif promised. "And then Rick Ross is going to follow that failure. Def Jam dumped a whole lot of marketing dollars into trying combat me with Rick Ross. More money than they should have. What his numbers were versus what Jadakiss did, didn't make financial sense. So the next go-around, they're going to give him his fair share instead that extra piece of pie. Then you're going to see where he really is." (Complex)
