R&B singer Chris Brown made his return to the stage last night (October 27) at New York radio station Power 105.1's annual Powerhouse show which also included performances by Fabolous and Keri Hilson.

Taking place in New Jersey, the singer reportedly came out dressed as the late Michael Jackson.

Chris took to the stage for Power 105.1's Powerhouse 09 concert after The-Dream, Fabolous, Day26, Trey Songz, Keri Hilson and Mario kicked off the evening's entertainment. The 20 year-old singer started off his performance wearing a black and red costume reminiscent of Michael Jackson's famous "Thriller" ensemble and sang his new single, "I Can Transform Ya." The mood was buoyant on stage, with Chris dancing and singing, eventually ripping off his black tank top, much to the excitement of his female fans. (Socialite Life)

Breezy also took a moment to address the crowd and his critics.

Brown finally spent some time speaking to the audience after they sang Jordin Sparks' parts on "No Air." "Despite my past and stuff like that, I appreciate all of y'all," he said. His words were barely audible because of the cheering. The singer also promised to be a better man. "How long we gonna do this for? We gonna do this forever!" he also promised. Of course, "Forever" closed the show. (MTV)

The show featured numerous surprise appearances.

Brown, who is 20, and has been a teen idol for about four years, was headlining the all-star Powerhouse concert presented by R&B/hip-hop radio station Power 105.1 FM. Among the other performers were The-Dream, Trey Songz, Fabolous, Keri Hilson, Mario and reality-TV creation Day26. Unannounced guests included Swizz Beatz and Juelz Santana, who both performed with Brown, and Omarion, who introduced The-Dream. (New Jersey Entertainment)
