Rappers N.O.R.E. and J.Cole have shown their support for hip-hop by publicly purchasing Raekwon's Only Built 4 Cuban Linx 2 and Jay-Z's The Blueprint 3 albums.

In addition to showing fans his digital purchase from iTunes, Noreaga also scorned people who illegally downloaded Hov's Blueprint 3.

"Do I really want to buy [the album]," Nore asked in a self-recorded video. "I believe so. Purchasing, Only Built 4 Cuban Linx, that's hip-hop y'all -- this is the time for everybody to come together despite different disputes people have and come together and support real hip-hop. As you can see, I woke up in the morning, it's before nine o'clock and I'm buying the album, Only Built 4 Cuban Linx. And then I'm going to the store and I'm gonna get another hard copy -- I've never downloaded anything illegally and all y'all that's talking about that Jay-Z album should be ashamed of yourself that you ain't go out there and get it today, that you downloaded that sh*t. I'm buying Hov's album today and filming it and showing proof." (NORE TV)

J. Cole, who is featured on Hov's new album, also recorded a video showing his purchase.

"We in the [retail store] Hall of Fame, Jamaica Ave, Coliseum," Cole said in a video preparing for his purchase. "This is my first album, my first credit on an album. Shout-out to Wale, I was almost on Wale's sh*t first, it's a good first look. Shout-out to Jay, appreciate it." (Rap Radar)

Raekwon has resorted to thanking fans who supported the album via his Twitter.

"Cuban part2 yall!," he wrote on the album's release date. "make sure you have them receipts as proof of purchase for that album!! when you see me! CUBAN LINX P.2 WORD, I WANA THANK ALL MY FOLLOWERS FOR THE GENUWINE SUPPORT" (Raekwon's Twitter)

Nore recently hit up SOHH to voice his thoughts on people illegally downloading Jay's Blueprint 3.

"I just feel Hiphop owes jay alot more then downloading a free album," he wrote to SOHH in a statement. "I got the email and deleted them support Hov [and] get the realbp3." (SOHH)
