News: Chris Brown Sprays "Graffiti" Details, "Hands Down My Best Album"

Chris Brown has announced his upcoming album Graffiti is completed and has already labeled it his "best album" to date.
In addition to the upcoming third solo project, Breezy also reflected on his "Larry King Live" appearance last week.
"LOL... THE BOWTIE???? IF KANYE OR ANYBODY HAD THAT ON PEOPLE WOULD BE LIKE..'OMG' I NEED ONE OF THOSE," he wrote via Twitter headed into the weekend. "DARE TO BE DIFFERENT.LOL...GRAFFITI!!!! COMIN SOON.... JUST FINISHED IT...HANDS DOWN ... MY BEST ALBUM... THATS ALL IMA GIVE AWAY RIGHT NOW...I HONESTLY DONT THINK THE GAME IS READY FOR THE RECORDZ I GOT COMING OFF THE NEW ALBUM.... He previously hinted at the new album during a public video release earlier this summer.
"I don't do all this talking on the thing, it's just some new stuff I'm doing," Brown said. "I just wanna say 'What up' 'cause I ain't been out there in a minute, but new album gonna be coming soon, we working on it right now. It's called Graffiti, it's got everything on it. Y'all be ready for that. I'm about to drop a single this summer for y'all, so you know, we ain't going no where. Everybody's that's haters, they just been hating. All my real fans, I love y'all. Brown was sentenced to five years probation and six months of physical labor as a result of his publicized domestic dispute with Rihanna last February.
Pop singer Chris Brown was sentenced today to five years of probation and 180 days community labor -- to be personally supervised by the chief of police in Richmond, Va. -- in connection with his attack on former girlfriend Rihanna. L.A. County He was also ordered him to stay at least 50 yards away from Rihanna, 21, for the next five years. (Los Angeles Times)
Brown will now be subject to random DNA sample requests and searches.
He must provide DNA samples as requested by authorities. Brown must also keep in touch with the Probation Department and is subject to search and seizure 24/7 for the next 5 years. He can't own any dangerous weapon, including guns or knives. Brown must pay $2,500 in restitution and another $2,500 in probation expenses. He must also pay a $30 criminal conviction fee --BARGAIN! He must also pay $400 that goes into a domestic violence fund. Brown must get prior approval before leaving the country. (TMZ)
