Young Money's Nicki Minaj denied rumors that she will replace Drake on tour and expressed concern for the rapper's health after he collapsed on-stage last week.

Claiming Drizzy's health was most important, Nicki acknowledged the rapper's injury and denied rumors that she would be taking his spot.

"I had to watch him get carried out on a stretcher," Nicki explained in an interview. "I grabbed and shut his hands like 'You'll be okay baby.' He's fine, he's not gonna be here today, he has to get surgery. At the end of the day, his physical well-being is more important...People keep asking me that, I'm officially on the tour. I've been on the tour since day one. There might be a couple days I don't just because I have personal obligations but I'm on the tour. I can't wait to see everybody come out and have fun." The rapper's injury also caused a setback with his upcoming Soulja Boy collaboration.

"I got a song I'm working on, me and Drake was supposed to go out in the studio man," Soulja Boy said in an interview over the weekend. "But he fell, he fell on-stage last night, so, hopefully we still gonna get it in. You know what I'm saying? He cool, but I don't know man. He took a pretty bad fall." (This Is 50)

Drake wrote to fans about his injury in a blog posting last Sunday (August 2) and confirmed his fall would keep him sidelined for the time being.

"This bottle of Opus One is low but my spirits are high my friends," Drake wrote. "I am about 2 hours away from Toronto, CA where I will be spending the next chunk of time recovering from a surgery that I now must have. I embarked on this tour with a torn ACL, MCL, and LCL and due to the events that happened the other night lord only knows what other damage I have done. On the bright side I will begin the reflecting and soul searching that its going to take to make this album and my outfit on the night I fell was crack. I will forever push myself beyond the limits despite advice and recommendations given because even with this new found success I am still the kid who wanted this more than anything in the world." While Drizzy recovered from surgery, Lil Wayne continued his tour over the weekend with a surprise appearance by Chris Brown.

Chris sang "Every Girl" and apparently enjoyed the set as he was seen smiling and dancing energetically alongside the tour's original performers. During the August 2 live gig, Chris did not only sing but also managed to moonwalk when Michael Jackson's song "Billie Jean" was played on-stage. To the concertgoers, Weezy shouted, "Ya'll make some noise for the new Michael." (Ace Showbiz)
