Ludacris recently spoke on his stance within the rap game and despite branching outward for films, he still claims be the best rapper alive.

While explaining his relationship with boxing champion Floyd Mayweather, Luda touched on his acting career and his rap supremacy.

"Rap is real competitive just the same way boxing is," he said in an interview. "We always talk about taking other rappers out. That being said, I feel like I'm the best rapper. I wanted to get the best boxer in the game [for my last album.] That's why it's called "Undisputed.' ... It's always cool to play something totally unexpected and out of the norm. Those are the type of roles I go for. Anything that stretches the limitations...I'm sure I won't be rapping when I'm 50 years-old. (Chicago Tribune)

Luda recently spoke with SOHH about launching his new Tag Body Spray, Get Yours.

"They approached us saying that there was an opportunity where i could design a can and endorse a fragrance. It's something that is unchartered territory for me so I was definitely interested and then once they talked about a charity that's my soft spot. I''m definitely a fan of the brand and I wanted to help make history with them. (SOHH)

Aside from his upcoming collaboration album with Shawnna, the rapper also plans to drop his seventh solo album next year.

"It must be the biggest rumor in the world," Luda said about his next album being called Cineplex. "It's just really frustrating when somebody puts a rumor out and everyone goes with it. I never remotely said anything about something called Cineplex. Dead that sh*t. It's Ludaversal. That's what comes after Battle of the Sexes." (Rap-Up)

The project will follow-up 2008's Theater of the Mind which dropped the same day as Kanye West's 808's & Heartbreak last November.

ATL rapper Ludacris hits this week's charts as Theater of the Mind opened up at No. 5. Despite not securing that number one spot, Luda's sixth solo project was able to scan 214,100 in its first week. (SOHH Sales Wrap)
