Dipset associate Hell Rell has called out Jim Jones and Juelz Santana for the "tarnished" Dipset image as of lately and why the duo are destroying a movement they helped create.

In addition to the Diplomats' image, Rell blamed Jones' denial of speaking with Cam'ron last spring as another reason Dipset fell apart.

"Shout-out to my n*gga Cam," Rell said in an on-street interview. "At the end of the day, after he closed the books, I pretty much went with my group which is Top Gunnas. Because we all know that Jim f*cked the [Dip]set up. He just f*cked the whole 'set up. Denying the phone call, Cam called him, said he didn't call him. He jumped on [Funkmaster] Flex and said he did call him. A whole bunch of bullsh*t like, f*cking up money man. That sh*t just had me mad man. I'm like come on man, you serious? Then he go out on Summer Jam, him and [Juelz] Santana, I love the movement, you know I love the 'set, but they just tarnishing the name. They just f*cking this sh*t up. You know what I mean, everything that we built. That auto-tune sh*t ain't us...Never was Dipset music, so all that other sh*t it's just getting out of hand man. Ruger just gotta whip it back into shape man." (Hip Hop Beef)

Last March, Jones said he was willing to re-link with Cam for an album.

"I'm only one piece of this puzzle, there's three other players," Jones told radio personality Angie Martinez. "I think there's two other people who are in...I'm willing to get another Diplomat album done for the sake of us being selfish these past few years and change and our personal differences. It's been more to it, it wasn't just us that made Diplomats happen...for that, I think we owe it to ourselves and a lot of other people...A Diplomat album can't be done without everyone's participation, everybody feeling the same way about making this thing happen." Prior to Jones' words, Cam released a video turning down the possibility of a group reunion.

"Look, I hear the deejays, I hear the fans, I hear everybody," Cam said in an interview. "I'm not doing a Diplomats album. I'm not rhyming with Jim or Juelz or nothing. I wish them all the best of luck. Accept it people. The people don't wanna seem to accept it. I don't have time to do that, it's not happening, I'm not doing it...And hopefully the people will get it in their head. Cam is doing Cam. I'm not doing no Diplomat Immunity 3 album. I hope they'll do it and I wish them luck. Stop dreaming. Stop hoping. Stop wishing. Stop imagining. I'm not doing it. Official. What's today's date? Thursday, March 26th, 2009: Cameron Giles, aka Spacely Sprockets aka Jaffe Joe aka Killa Cam aka KFC, whatever you wanna call me, I am not doing no Diplomat 3 album. That's it." (NowWutTV)

Rell previously made headlines earlier this year when he accused The Source Magazine of payola.

Representatives from The Source spoke with Hell Rell yesterday, and he will be coming up to The Source's office Friday (February 6) to film a response verifying this fact and recanting his former statement, which will be released this Friday. It turns out he was propositioned by an intern who was selling an ad for the magazine called The Source Independent Hip-Hop Network. In this ad the artist is free to advertise anything he/she chooses to (including albums, mixtapes and t-shirts.) In no way shape or form is it possible to buy a review, editorial piece or any creative content in any section of the magazine or website. (Statement)
