The Lox's Jadakiss recently confirmed reports of a Ruff Ryders reunion and said a compilation project is currently in the works.

Keeping details to a minimum, Kiss announced his new "Who's Real" remix with the Ruff Ryders crew and also said his tour with Cam'ron is still underway.

"We got the Ruff Ryder, D-Block remix out," Kiss explained as he and Swizz Beatz pulled out trademark Ruff Ryder bandannas. "We got [DMX] on there. X on there, Eve, Drag On, Styles P, Sheek Louch, we bringing it back. We bringing it back to that element baby! ... And yeah, yeah, the Big Bosses tour, me and my big homie Cam'ron coming to a venue near you real soon...Catalog is crazy right now. We got Lox album coming, Ruff Ryder compilation, new Sheek album, new Swizz album, new Kiss album. We gettin' it poppin' baby! ("106 & Park")

Kiss recently spoke with radio personality Angie Martinez about re-linking with X.

"Yeah the dog, welcome home baby," Kiss said. "The dog is real good, he's close by, he's real close. The dog is around baby, he's doing real good. He's just chilling with family right now, you know what I mean? You'll see him in a minute. [The remix] is good. I mean, his part [on the song] is done. Ladies and gentleman, you know what I do. I make magic, look forward to it, it's coming. Real close." (Hot 97)

X broke the news about his verse on the track in an interview last month.

"I was born ready for this [tour] man," X said. "BFW, 'Built For War' that's what we do all day, it's nothing. It's not a motherf*cking game man, this is what we do. It's what we built for, it's how we get down. Real talk. That new Kiss and Swizz joint, you know what I'm saying? 'She's phony, she's fake, she's fake, that's the type of people I hate.' Aigght? I'm on the remix, check that sh*t out son, real talk." (AllAZHipHop)

Ruff Ryders' last compilation disc was 2004's Redemption, Volume 4.

The all-star hip-hop collective/production team Ruff Ryders included CEOs Chivon, Dee and Waah Dean, producers Swizz Beatz, DJ Shok, and PK plus gold and platinum-selling rappers DMX, Eve, Drag On, and the LOX. This incarnation of the Ruff Ryders crafted 1999's Ryde Or Die Vol. 1, which also featured appearances from Big Pun, Mase, Jay-Z and Jermaine Dupri. Parle, Yung Wun and Cross & Infa-Red also appeared on Ruff Ryders tracks, with Ruff Ryders Vol. II hitting the streets in mid-2000. Acknowledging the rise of Southern rap, 2003's Ryde or Die, Vol. 3: In the "R" We Trust added Ludacris and Bubba Sparxxx to the mix. Redemption, Vol. 4 from 2005 dropped "Ryde or Die" from the title of the series and introduced the talented rapper Flashy. (All Music)

No further information on the Ruff Ryders reunion has yet been announced.
