Columns: HOT PRESS: Keri Hilson Wants To Be Lauryn Hill's Pen Pal, Lady Gaga Goes For The Big One, Rihanna Turns The Camera On Chris
Thursday, Jun 4, 2009 3:49PM
Hot off the press this week, Keri Hilson wants to write Lauryn Hill's comeback track, Kanye West Pisses off Pink with his fur fetish, Rihanna flips the script on Chris Brown, Lady Gaga goes goo-goo for gargantuan goodies and Mariah Carey blames her box office crash on 9/11.
In a recent interview with Alison Stephenson, pop singer Lady Gaga was asked what she looks for in a partner and the songstress bluntly answered, "A big d*ck." Stephenson pursued the matter further by asking, "And what else"? and Gaga shook her head, "That's it."
Despite her tawdry answer, Gaga insists she's no promiscuous girl, just a "free spirit" and "quite a complicated woman" who would probably make a great mother but prefers "traveling the world and sleeping with really good-looking people." Watch HERE:
Rebel Talking...Considering that she never wears pants, I'm going to say there's nothing Gaga can say that will shock me... but, at this point the "stick shtick" is starting to get old. Time to cut the weirdo sex freak act and evolve Gaga.
Chrihanna Crisis Pt. 5011
Chris Brown and Rihanna continue to make headlines, including ones so outrageous they're barely fit to print. This week rumors hit the net that Rihanna plans to leak Chris Brown's nude pictures despite Breezy's denial that he leaked her photos.
"She says she's going to release her own photos of Chris. She has less-than-flattering nude pics of him that she plans on leaking. Rihanna says he'll be really embarrassed," Rihanna's pal said. The source informed that Rihanna sets this plan once after she has calmed down from the rage after the leak of her nude photos. Not only pictures, Rihanna also reportedly plans to reveal Chris' sexual performance to make him ashamed. Rihanna is already telling friends that Chris was a clumsy novice at lovemaking until "she taught him everything he knows." The pal added, "She's going to ruin his sexy image."Rebel Talking... Newsflash: A real "friend" or "pal" doesn't feed the tabloids with vicious rumors or even unflattering truths. Even if this ish was true, talking mess about Breezy's lack of sack savvy shouldn't hurt his sexy image half as much as the photo of her with lumps on her head.
Moreover, Rihanna is believed saying more scary threats as her early reaction when finding out her nude images plastered all over the Internet. "She was saying crazy things like, 'I'm going to burn down his house,'" a friend of the 21-year-old singer told the June 7 edition of Star magazine.
Pink usually reserves her disdain for truly obnoxious folks like President Bush, Paris Hilton and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, but apparently Kanye West has graduated after all, since the singer has turned her tongue loose on his Fashion Week antics.
"I was at STELLA McCARTNEY's Paris fashion show with the vice president of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, PAUL McCARTNEY and Kanye West. The entire time Kanye is going, 'They need more fur in this show.' He just wouldn't shut up about how he loved fur. I mean, he's saying this to me, the PETA guy and Paul McCartne."
"I was just so grossed out by him. I'm like, 'You're an idiot!' There are so many people who I think are a waste of skin and he's up there. I should wear him. Go on, donate yourself Kanye. People can wear your fur."
Rebel Talking... Kanye was probably kidding, but Pink is onto something, that mullet Yeezy sported this year would have probably kept me pretty warm this winter.
In a recent interview with Karma Loop TV Keri Hilson revealed that she's a big fan of The-Dream, Ryan Leslie and Feist, and was heavily influenced by Lauryn Hill. When asked about the possibility of collaborating with Hill, Hilson responded "Absolutely" Lauryn, whenever you're ready, I'd love to write your comeback song!"
Rebel Talking... Sweet of her to offer, but dare I suggest writing for Lauryn is a little more complicated than penning ditties for poptarts like Britney Spears. Keep dreaming Keri.
Bombs Over Box-Office
While promoting her upcoming role in the film Precious Mariah Carey reportedly blamed 9/11 for the dismal performance of a previous flick, Glitter.
"That movie was released on September 11th, 2001, could there be a worse day for that movie to come out? I don't think so," she said. "I don't even know that many people even saw the movie so I don't think it's the worst thing ever done. Glitter was a learning experience and I wouldn't do it again if you paid me. But I didn't have representation or anyone to tell me: 'What you need is a great director'."Carey, 39, also recently played down her reputation as a diva, insisting she is simply misunderstood.
"I have been through a lot that's made me stronger," she said. "They say: 'whatever doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.' So I've been through that kind of stuff a few times. A lot of people have very different opinions about me and it's difficult to face them and to deal with them and to go on and to say: no, actually you're wrong. I am this, I am not that."Rebel Talking... George Bush is a perfect example of why blaming 9/11 is never the way to go. And while Mariah is right about one thing -- not many people saw Glitter -- that still doesn't make it not the worst thing ever done.
But while we were wondering how long Jennifer Hudson plans to hold on to her little secret, the cat's out of the bag about The-Dream and Christina Milian?s engagement and Teairra Mari is not afraid to air out Mili-Blonde.
