Hot Press: HOT PRESS: Chris Brown "Ain't A Monster," Spectacular Grinds Off & Beyonce Stays Bootylicious

Hot off the press this week, Chris Brown says he's no boogeyman, Pretty Ricky's Spectacular grins and grinds off, Beyonce stays bootylicious and T-Pain mourns Dolla.
After months of silence and solitude, Chris Brown is finished patiently waiting for public approval and has decided it's time folks show him some support. First Brown came out of hiding alongside Usher at Sundays NBA playoff game. Then the Virginia crooner popped up alongside Bow Wow on Justin.tv this week thanking his fans for their support and stating "I am not a monster," while decrying those against him as "haters (who) have always been haters." He also took the time to promote his album and denied having a black eye, despite being pictured on blogs at the Cleveland/Orlando game with a serious shiner.
But even as Chris tried to cling to a cleaner image, TMZ announced the singer has been hit with a lawsuit filed by a photographer who claims he was involved in a violent incident on a Los Angeles basketball court back in March.
"According to the lawsuit, filed Wednesday in L.A. County Superior Court, the photog claims it all went down just weeks after the Rihanna incident, when he shot a photo of Chris playing ball with his friends.
The photographer claims Chris' bodyguards yelled at him -- so he tried to leave the gym ... but an L.A. Fitness employee tried to block his escape. The camera man says he then fell down a stairwell, which allowed the bodyguards to catch up with him -- where they, 'picked him up by his shorts and physically assaulted him.'
The photographer claims he was a paying member at the gym and had every right to be on the property. Now the man is suing Chris and LA Fitness for assault and battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and premises liability."
Rebel Talking... You might not be a monster Chris but you've sure got some beastly luck.
The death of fellow Konvict artist Dolla has hit labelmate T-Pain pretty hard. The singer, who collab'[d with Dolla on his last single "Who the F Is That" recently spoke to MTV News about the rappers tragic murder.
"Man," T-Pain told MTV News. "It happens every day. It don't take nothing but time before it happens to someone you know. We had problems when I first got signed. [But] then we worked it out, and after that we was the best of friends. ... It kind of sucks. And we just got our friendship straightened out, then all of this had to happen."
Rebel Talking... Kinda sucks? For such a supposedly great songwriter, Pain seems short on words to describe Dolla's tragic death. Hope they found somebody better to deliver the eulogy.
Pretty Ricky singer Spectacular hit YouTube in his red bikini bottomed glory promoting the act's new single "Tipsy." Spec challenged other R&B artists to outdo him in a "grind off," before happily demonstrating his stripper-esque skills.
The YouTube video became an instant sensation across the internet, particularly on Twitter, making Spectacular one of the most Pause-worthy celebs ever.
His camp set about a clean-up campaign within 24 hours that included manager Blu dubbing the tape as a "publicity stunt" and Spectacular issuing a denial of any gayness alongside claims that the video "wasn't made for males" to watch and the red briefs were simply to show off his physique.
Rebel Talking... With a name like Pretty Ricky I knew it was only a matter of time before these guys started falling out of the closet. I couldn't even watch the whole video, but after a glimpse of that gyrating package it's pretty clear Not-So-Spectacular needs to start calling himself something else.
Body By Beyonce
After gracing the cover of the June issue of Self Magazine, where the bootylicious star dishes tips on her fabulous figure, Beyonce is giving women across the globe reason to ditch the gym by claiming she likes keeping it a little thick.
"To me, it's sexier when it doesn't look like you go to the gym," she told Britain's Daily Mail. "If you look like you've been spending a lot of time in the gym, then it just looks like you spend a lot of time in the gym." Beyonce continued, "I feel best when I'm not really thin and not really heavy?when I'm still curvy. I really believe that everyone is supposed to be different, and whatever is a natural weight for you is usually what looks best."
Meanwhile Bey admits to doing as much cardio as she can handle, then running three miles after dancing rehearsals, and running about six on days when she?s not dancing. "The truth is, it's a lot of sacrifice. It's more about your mental strength than physical strength. You have to push yourself. It doesn't matter what trainer you have, and it doesn't matter what program you're on."
Rebel Talking... So basically Bey works her butt off to look like she doesn't workout too hard? Does Beyonce ever say anything that makes any sense? Just askin'.
But while R.Kelly's old partnas were busy comin' out swingin you had to know the economy was messed up when Sade, Al B. Sure, Joe, Chico Debarge, Maxwell and Ginuwine all decided to make a come back.
