Rapper Tone Loc has reportedly checked out of a Florida hospital after collapsing at a concert earlier today (May 29).
Loc was released from a hospital hours following the incident.
Tone was released on Friday after collapsing during an outdoor concert in Florida, officials said. Colleen Kirsch, spokeswoman for Gulf Breeze Hospital, said Friday afternoon that Tone Loc had been treated at the hospital and released. The rapper's manager, Bobby Bessone with B.A.M. Management/Entertainment Artists Agency, said flight delays and heat contributed to the collapse. He said the rapper is recovering. (Associated Press)
The incident took place in northern Florida earlier this morning.

The venue is known for having fairly hot weather.
The open-air club on the Portofino Boardwalk is subject to weather conditions, which included temperatures in the low 80s and humidity of about 87 percent, according to weather reports not unusual for this time of year. Based on a visual estimate, the club was filled to about two-thirds of its capacity at the time of the performance. (PNJ News)
