April 3:
Rapper/Actor Coolio appears in court on one felony count of drug possession and one misdemeanor count each of battery and possession of paraphernalia after being arrested at Los Angeles International Airport in March. After appearing today (April 3) the rapper has pleaded "not guilty" and returns April 20. Read further details.
April 6:
Embattled singer Chris Brown appears in court after not entering a plea on two felony charges of assault likely to cause bodily injury and making criminal threats against Rihanna earlier this year during the "Grammy Awards" in California. After appearing today (April 6), Brown pleaded not guilty to all charges and returns April 29. Read further details.
April 14:
Rapper/Producer Kanye West appears in court on three misdemeanor counts of vandalism, grand theft and battery stemming from a scuffle with a paparazzo at Los Angeles International Airport last September. Appearing in court a day prior, Kanye's lawyer was awarded a delay making his next appearance May 20. Read further details.
April 20:
No Limit rapper and Master P's little brother, C-Murder, appears in court for retrial on a 2002 fatal shooting charge after spending the past few years under house arrest. However, the trial has now been pushed back to August 2009. Read further details.

April 21:
Rapper/Actor Jim Jones appears in court on a misdemeanor assault charge after getting in an alleged scuffle with Ne-Yo associate Javon Smith. Turning down a plea deal, the rapper will now begin trial. Read further details.
