Hip-Hop mogul Diddy's hit reality series "I Want To Work For Diddy" has reportedly been green-lit for a second season.

While an official statement from VH1 has yet to emerge, a casting call sheet was released online today (April 22).

The unemployment rate may be at an all-time high, but at least one person is hiring...Diddy. VH1 and Sean "P. Diddy Combs" are now accepting resumes for potential candidates to compete for the position of his personal assistant on the reality TV show, "I Want To Work For Diddy 2." Diddy will once again hold a nationwide search for an Assistant with the mental and physical stamina it takes to work for one of the world's most high profile CEOs. (Reality Wanted)

Last year's season featured a combination of 13 men and women competing to work for the Bad Boy CEO.

Each one-hour episode showcases a range of challenges, many based on the real life experiences of Diddy's previous assistants. In addition to completing these tasks, the applicants must also do their best to impress an intimidating panel: self-made business prodigy and Executive Vice President of Warner Music Group Kevin Liles, Bad Boy marketing executive and former assistant Capricorn and Diddy's ultimate henchman, Phil Robinson. The first season ran for over two months and was televised via VH1.

"I Want To Work For Diddy" premiered on August 4, 2008 and its final episode was on October 6, 2008. In the end, Suzanne was chosen to be his assistant and Mike was hired in an undisclosed role. The reality show was executive produced by Sean Combs and featured hidden and exposed camera men. (Press Release)

Aside from the alleged second season, Diddy is also prepping a new reality series where he's searching for musicians to travel with him on tour.

"I'm starting to get into production on my next television show, 'Making His Band,' it's a little bit different than 'Making the Band' because it's about me making my own band and going on tour for my next album," Diddy explained in a video. "I'm looking for young musicians to give them a chance...that got that Diddy, Bad Boy swag...We always see the people that want to sing get in front of the camera, but what about the guys that make us look good? The guitarists. The keyboardists. The bassists. The drummer. The background singers. The deejay...March 14th we go to Chicago...then we go to Detroit March 21st...then New York March 28th...Y'all can go to www.myspace.com/mtvmakinghisband." (Diddy Blog)
