In this week's Pulse Report the streets are buzzing about 50 Cent releasing a sex tape starring Rick Ross' other baby mother, Ross finally confessing about his past, Lil' Wayne fans lacking intelligence, T.I. putting issues with Shawty Lo to rest for good, and Lil' Kim communicating with Notorious B.I.G. in life after death.

1. Fighting Dirty

We all know that 50 Cent is a diabolical dude when it comes to dealing with his enemies, but the wickedness of the G-Unit mastermind has reached Hannibal Lecter proportions. In his latest attempt to ruin Rick Ross' career 50 has released a XXX movie of Ross' other baby mother Brooke. [Watch Here (NSFW)]

Rick Ross downplayed the whole thing after hearing about the flick from radio/TV personality Tigger, while visiting "The Den".

"Oh that's big. I like that. At least he ain't holding dildos with wigs on. At least he is looking at girls. That's what my whole thing is and that's why we call him Curly, he's not straight...Lloyd Banks sex tape did good too, I heard. Where I'm from we handle business different. That's why in the South that don't go on. That's why New York City is in the position it's in...I'm worth more to the black community than 50 Cent."

You can't even argue with the fact he is making hotter records than 50. And we don't think it's 50 in the video with Ross' baby moms. However, from everything this video exposes, it would be pretty hard for even Ross to question our lying eyes. Does 50 score points for such a personal attack? We saw Tupac do this with Faith Evans. Jay-Z did it with Nas' baby mother Carmen, but this seems extra ruthless. What happened to not f*cking with a man's family?

2. Truth Comes Out

While his baby mother has been placed in a rather awkward position, Officer Ross came clean on another matter. Ross finally fessed up to being a CO in his past life. The self-professed "Miami boss" is set to grace the cover of the next issue of XXL magazine where he admits that it is definitely him in the now infamous CO pictures.

"Me not answering or addressing that situation has nothing to do with my career. I've accomplished enough, and I've made enough money for me to be good... Yes, it was me in those pictures. But I'ma tell you this. Me taking that job, I was doing my job. You understand what I mean?"

Now we're supposed to believe that you worked in a prison to further the finances of your lucrative cocaine ring. Oh ok. Wink, Wink! We got! We assume your role in this masterful scam was to make sure your inside connect got his mail and his meals on time. Riggght! I just get the feeling that this dude is not very smart.

3. Go Dumb

Lil' Wayne fans, please don't be upset with what you're about to read. A recent study showed that people who listen to the "best rapper alive" are dumber than most. However, if you made it this far into the paragraph without a major hitch, you're smarter than they think. Give yourself a hand. According to an independent study, "Music That Makes You Dumb" done by a Virgil Griffiths, a PhD student from California, Weezy's music ranks at the bottom of the charts for intelligence. Your low IQ goes hand and hand with listening to Weezy. On the contrary smarter people listen to Beethoven, U2, and Bob Dylan. [Peep Chart Here]

The breakdown for hip-hop goes like this from dumb to smarter

Lil' Wayne

T.I.

Jay-Z

Ludacris

Kanye West

All I godda say is skrew that purson that did that studie! I lissin to Wayne all the time an ain't nuffin' rong with me. I ain't no stoopid.

4. What's Beef?

Stop me if you've heard this before, T.I. and Shawty Lo call a truce. Back in September 2008, the combatants declared that things were "good" between them after a heated feud was played out through diss records, radio interviews, and Internet videos. Then in November 2008 their rival crews had a physical altercation at the Dirty Awards. Now it appears the two rappers that pride themselves on being from the same Atlanta neighborhood, Bankhead, gave peace another try. During a show at T.I.'s Club Crucial, T.I. brought out Shawty Lo to join him on stage while performing his hit "Big Things Poppin' (Do It)". The shocking union was a definite delight for the crowd and Tip later explained to MTV news why he never really saw the conflict as "beef".

"That word 'beef' is used too loosely, to me. 'Beef' is kind of like 'swag.' People just throwin' that word around. To me, man, if I don't mean you no harm, we can't be beefin'. If I see you, and I don't attack you, it ain't no beef, and vice versa. Everything else is just entertainment to me."

Ok, let me see if I get this straight. The definition of beef in hip-hop varies so much.

Going to Houston to brawl with Lil' Flip = beef

Taking tons of verbal shots at Shawty Lo on wax = entertainment

Punching Ludacris' manager Shaka Zulu in the face = beef

Verbal shots at Luda on wax = entertainment

At least this guy is consistent.

5. Sixth Sense

If you ever wondered what the Notorious B.I.G. might be thinking about today's rap game, just ask Lil' Kim. The rap diva, who is currently a contestant on ABC's "Dancing With The Stars," told rapradar.com that she speaks to the deceased rapper all the time. Apparently Kim talks to Big in her dreams and Biggie isn't a happy camper right now. He happens to be very upset with his mother Voletta Wallace, and his wife Faith Evans for the way he's depicted in the movie Notorious.

"I'm a very spiritual person and he's come to me many of times in my dreams... at the end of the day, he knows who's who and what's what. Believe that. And let me tell you something, the way he's feeling is going to come out. Like, trust me. Everything is going to come out later. You're going to see who he really loved and the ones that's standing up for him the right way is the ones representing him the right way." * "I'm going to tell you what my spiritual connection from Biggie is telling me, "Don't look back, just do you" and that's why my success is right here for me... Biggie said "Don't look back. Forget Cease, forget all of them because they going to be sorry. Cause what they did was wrong""...

Dang! Either Lil' Kim is a big Lil' Wayne fan or she done lost her mind. Hope the next time she speaks to Big she'll do herself a favor and ask him to hook a b*tch up with a few dope verses and all.

That's all from me folks. Hit me up at [email protected] for a healthy back and forth. Let's get into whether baby mothers should fair game or off limits in rap beef.
