News: Ghostface Killah Sends "Message" To Rihanna, "You've Been Hurt Mad Times" [Audio]

Showing his support for Rihanna in the midst of her public dispute with Chris Brown, Ghostface Killah has released a dedication song for the pop singer.
In "Message from Ghostface," the rapper offers words of comfort.
"This is for all my women out there that be getting beat up," Ghost says in the intro. "You know what I mean, struggling, welfare, sometimes the jobs ain't right, they going through mad trauma, especially with they man when they don't really need that sh*t, Rihanna, they know what they going through...I can see it in your face, you've been hurt mad times/Fell in love on the block and couldn't read the signs/In the beginning it was all good/He sexed you good/Kept you close in the bed real tight...Then problems come when the affection slows down." Ghost is known for sharing his family hardships and personal feelings on songs like "All That I Got Is You."

Other artists including John Legend have also offered support to Rihanna.
"I know both of them. I was surprised when I heard because it doesn't strike me as something Chris would do," Legend told People. "You never know what's inside people or what can trigger that...It's an awful story [and] I feel terrible for both of them but if Chris did what they said he did, that's unacceptable. He has to accept the consequences of it." (People)
Brown received two felony charges early Thursday (March 5) afternoon.
The L.A. County District Attorney has just charged Chris Brown with felony assault and making criminal threats, also a felony. The charging documents name "Robyn F." as the alleged victim. Brown will be arraigned today at 3:30 PM in downtown LA. A spokesperson for the D.A. tells TMZ he could face a maximum of four years and eight months in prison. (TMZ)
