Cam'ron recently spoke on what it would take to unite him with estranged Dipset members Jim Jones and Juelz Santana.
The Dipset leader broke down his role in the group along with the basis of a "reunion."
"As far as the Diplomats, I'm a majority owner of the Diplomats," Cam said in an interview. "The role I am is the CEO. As far as with my friends, you talking about Jim, they also have ownership in the company, also. I mean, right now...For me, if the money's right, I'll do [a reunion]. It's all about having the right money and making sure everything's cool. Just to do it just to do it would be kinda phony. You know, if the money's right, we can put anything into motion. But the money's gotta be right." (True Magazine)
Jim Jones previously stressed the importance of finanical security in regards to allowing business interests to reunite the duo.
"Amongst anything, peoples are just waiting for the get-back. Besides the friendship, the business at this point is worth more than anything because we both have families and the money can be worth a lot more than any friendship...if we can put our equals aside and settle our difference and make some good business then, that's worth it for me." Despite approval from Jones, Cam and Juelz have gone back and forth regarding an allegation made by Cam claiming the Skullgang leader had a syrup addiction.
"Juelz started drinking syrup, Robitussin," Cam'ron told hip-hop personality Miss Info. "He got hooked on it, addicted to it, you go to the studio he got, like, a hundred Hawaiian Punches already pre-mixed with the stuff in it. So I kinda stopped speaking to him like, we already smoked mad weed, we don't need to be on Robitussin. I called his mother about it." (Miss Info)
For his part, Juelz previously told SOHH about his gratitude towards Killa.
"I wish we could have made it work because it would have made it that much better," he said. "I was a real humble dude when people thought I was getting too big for my britches I never was. I always let it be known, being a firm soldier on a team. It didn't work out that way so they forced me to be a boss. I was always a boss in my own way, but as far as Diplomats everybody knew who the boss of that was, it was Cam. Everybody played their position. He had a lot of good people around him. Much love to Cam, I wish him all the best." (SOHH)
