Sales Wrap: Joe Budden's Padded Room Makes Soft Landing, K'Naan Tops Project Pat, Beyonce Takes Baby Step Back

In this week's Sales Wrap, Beyonce leads the pack at No. 6, K'Naan arrives at No. 32 and Joe Budden's return breaks Top 50.

R&B superstar Beyonce's I Am...Sasha Fierce led urban music this week sliding one slot down to No. 6 with 35,400. According to Nieslen Soundscan, the singer's third solo project has sold a total of 1,918,100 discs after 15 weeks.

Academy Award-winning singer Jamie Foxx's Intuition took a slight three-spot slip going to No. 9 with 30,800. Headed into his 12th week on shelves, the singer's latest album stands at 681,400 sold records.

Rap star Kanye West's 808s & Heartbreak moved down two slots to No. 10 with 25,500. With 14 weeks under his belt, Ye's fourth solo album has sold 1,386,000 copies to date.

Self-proclaimed "King of the South" T.I.'s Paper Trail received a one-slot boost to No. 11 with 25,300. Showing fans why he's still the king, Tip's sixth album has sold 1,749,100 records after 22 weeks.

Grammy-nominated singer Keyshia Cole's A Different Me also moved up this week by three spots selling 24,400. After 11 weeks, her new album has pushed 750,300 discs out of stores.

Singer India.Arie's Volume 2 Testimony: Love & Politics fell eight spots to No. 15 with 22,300. Going into her first month in stores, Arie's latest effort stands at 130,300 scanned discs.

R&B superstar Ne-Yo's Year of the Gentleman jumped four slots up to No. 25 with 17,500. After 13 weeks, the singer's third solo project has moved 942,500 copies.

Konvict labelhead Akon's Freedom also hopped forward four spots to No. 26 with 17,000. Going into his 14th week, the singer's latest album has sold 525,700 records.

K'Naan's Troubadour debuted this week at No. 32. After his first seven days in stores, K'Naan's album has sold 15,400 records.

The 2009 Grammy Nominees compilation disc, featuring music from T-Pain and Chris Brown, fell 15 spots to No. 35 with 14,800. Going into its sixth week, the disc has sold 159,400 copies.

Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne's Tha Carter III slipped three slots to No. 36 with 14,800. The rap star's latest project has sold 3,044,600 copies after 38 weeks in stores.

Rapper Joe Budden's long anticipated sophomore album Padded Room arrived on the charts this week at No. 42. After seven days in stores, Budden's second disc sold 13,900 copies.

R&B superstar Rihanna's Good Girl Gone Bad fell nine slots to No. 44 with 13,300. Going into her 92nd week, the singer's album stands at 2,400,400 sold copies.

Singer Bobby Valentino's Rebirth got pushed back 18 positions to No. 45 with 13,000. After three weeks in stores, the singer's new album rests at 97,200 scanned discs.

Rounding out the Top 50 this week is Jennifer Hudson's self-titled debut landing two slots down from last week at No. 48 moving 12,500. After 22 weeks, the singer's first album has sold a total of 645,900 copies.

Southern rapper Project Pat's Real Recognize Real disc opened up at No. 70 this week. After seven days on shelves, Pat's disc sold a total of 8,800 discs.

Cypress Hill frontman B-Real's Smoke & Mirrors got off to a shaky start its first week in stores landing at No. 148. With seven days under its belt, the rapper's solo debut moved 3,900 copies.
