Black Wall Street leader The Game is billed to kick-off a nationwide tour beginning later this month.
The West Coast rapper's tour will help promote his third album.
He has assembled a coast-to-coast US trek to support his latest effort, LAX. The club/theater outing is scheduled to visit nearly 30 cities, starting with several California performances in mid-February. (Live Daily)
The untitled tour is scheduled to hit popular cities before ending in late March.
Beginning Feb. 18 and concluding Mar. 29, stops include Los Angeles, Phoenix, Sacramento, Portland, Seattle, Boise, Denver, Tulsa, Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, New Haven, Providence, Norfolk, New York and more. (Interscope)
Game previously spoke with SOHH about his maturity on LAX.
"I'm focused right now," he said. "I'm on another level [with] my lyrical growth and my mind is free. I got spaces in my head for other things outside of drama and bullsh*t." (SOHH)
LAX is reportedly his final solo project.
The Game has long threatened that LAX would be his last album, so perhaps that's why he recruited the wayward DMX to open it with one of his trademark prayers ("Devil, we rebuke you in the name of Jesus"). The table thus set, the Game goes surprisingly mellow in comparison to his first two efforts. (Billboard)
