Movie Picks: "State Property" Ft. Beanie Sigel, Jay-Z, Memphis Bleak

This violent, high-powered street flick is full shoot-outs and tough talk. There are no outstanding thespian awards to be given out here, but the sheer unabashed guns and gull hood tale makes for a guilty pleasure.
